The evaluation of websites makes up quarter of the course, what this entails basically is reviewing websites based on several key factors.

The evaluation is split up into seven factors, these being

Presentation Of Information

Describe how easy the information is to read based on font size and colour and page position.

Use Of Hyperlinks

Evaluating the general effectiveness of the hyperlinks such as if they work and if they change colour after use to avoid confusion

Efficiency Of Page

The speed of the page loading and transferrance between pages

Use Of Graphical Elements

The effectiveness of the sites featured graphics based on relevance, quality and size.

Page Layout

How well the page has been laid out

Aesthetic Considerations

The look and feel of the page

Use Of Fonts And Colours

How well the colours and fonts fit with the page
